I’m Khanh, a health economics researcher.
I research how to measure the value of health interventions and policies, with the goal of generating evidence that shapes decisions and improves health for all.
I finished my PhD at the University of Utah in 2025 and currently live and work in Ho Chi Minh City. I also write — about research, life, and the books I’m reading.

A bit more about me
I was born in Tien Giang, a province about two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. I studied pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, did my master’s in Health Technology Assessment at Mahidol University in Thailand, and finished my PhD in Pharmacotherapy Outcomes Research and Health Policy at the University of Utah in the US.
Outside of work, I run or swim early in the morning when the city is quiet, spend time outdoors, and play board games (I’m a fan of Splendor).
